Begin the day with a stronger core—mind, body, and spirit. In this three-hour educational experience, fitness professionals will learn E. Earl Jenkins’ practical protocol for building strength while minimizing injury risk. The approach grew from Jenkins’ own return from an elbow tear after more than 35 years of dumbbell training and the deep study that followed into the anatomy of the wrist, elbow, and shoulder, as well as the biomechanics of body-weight exercise.
