World Calisthenics Organization (WCO) is back at The FitExpo with FreeStyle Games, a full-throttle freestyle calisthenics fitness party loaded with $ prizes, brutal rep comps & for anyone who wants to register onsite – Test yourself in the Longest Handstand Hold. The WCO arena is merging Web3/Crypto with Sports and Fitness, Fueled by jaw-dropping moments that will leave the crowd roaring.
What’s going down:
- All day Athlete Meet and greets with the WCO 2 Division World Champion @tonyGaste & The #1 Female PowerSlap Flyweight, Ellie Dempster Saturday and Sunday- drop by the area hang out with Ellie and Open a Topps Chrome UFC pack with her. Random attendees will be chosen to rip open a pack!
Battle of the Bars – Pro – Freestyle & PowerFree Calisthenics Tournament
Saturday: starts at 1:30 pm

Hands on the floor & the blood rushing to your brain! Who can hold their handstand the longest while the clock runs and the crowd goes insane cheering on the last to fall.
Sunday:
The Calisthenics Battle League – Brings the Heat with a strict form Bodyweight Circuit battle between 40 Athletes.
Athletes will have 60 seconds to perform as many strict form reps as possible in 4 movement categories. Athletes will have 30 seconds of rest between each movement category. Categories are Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, Squats and Dips
This isn’t just a competition. It’s a Fitness Party, a celebration of human potential, a street-born revolution on the biggest fitness stage in the country. Expect non-stop music, flashing lights, cash flying, and athletes pushing the absolute limits of gravity & bodyweight mastery.
Whether you’re throwing down 360s,720’s or Full Planche’s in the freestyle circle, grinding out muscle-ups, or balancing upside-down until the world blurs, one thing is certain: gravity doesn’t stand a chance when you step into the WCO FreeStyle Arena Hosted by The FitExpo and powered by NiBrew, Coffee reimagined.
