Two-Minute Max Effort Challenge Both Days
Each athlete will have 2 minutes total to complete three exercises in the following exact order:
a. Jump Toe-Touch Burpees – 10 points per rep
b. Push-Ups – 6 points per rep
c. RipStick Push-Pulls – 4 points per rep
Rules:
- You must perform at least 5 reps of each exercise.
- Once you move on to the next exercise, you cannot go back to a previous one.
- The order is fixed: Burpees → Push-Ups → RipStick Push-Pulls.
- The athlete with the highest total score after 2 minutes wins.
