It’s in how we prepare our Rosie’s sourdough bread. We begin with a decades-old, award-winning starter—often called the mother—lovingly nurtured for over 30 years. This careful cultivation allows the starter to mature for 20-24 hours before the mixing process begins. We continue with cutting, dividing, and shaping the dough, then final proofing for an additional 18-24 hours. This time-honored method spans around 48 hours, ensuring every loaf is clean, organic, authentic, and simply extraordinary. We take pride in our old-fashioned approach, knowing that it results in a product that is as authentic and high-quality as it is delicious.
