Welcome to the Training & Wellness Zone- The Workout & Win Stage sponsored presented by CTN, Sweet Sweat, Sports Research and a team of Partners bringing you two full days of fun- Mini-Workouts, Panel Discussion, Fashion Show & Challenges. Come dressed to workout! The Training & Wellness Zone will be giving away thousands of dollars in gifts, cash contests and sponsor giveaways throughout the weekend. Contests and giveaways are subject to change and announced on site throughout the weekend.

  • Most workouts are open to All FitExpo Ticketholders on a first-come, first-served basis/Some workouts do have priority pre-registration
