Unleash your inner athlete with this high intensity workout lead by Nike master trainer D'Juan Woods and Celebrity trainer Michael Myers. Ultimate athlete bootcamp will be 1 hour in length using functional strength and conditioning exercises. All skill levels are encouraged to participate. Beginners, weekend warriors even professional athletes can get a kick ass workout while improving their overall athleticism. Come join us for a fun and exciting experience!

Fabi and Gidi with their high energy will challenge the crowd to perform at their max, all while having fun and learning how to workout by simply MOVING! Battle with The BRUTEZ Dance Fitness Contest
With a $100 Cash Prize and lots of giveaways. Show us what you got in this pop up dance contest featuring Ultimate Dance Fitness Phenoms Fever & Rukus of The Brutez! Competition will feature a Dance Fitness Workout Intro with The Brutez, a dance routine to the Brutez’ favorite song, and your own dance fitness routine to one song (three minutes or less). Contestants will warm up as a group and then face off. The Brutez will judge each contestant on creativity, musicality, teaching skill and flavor. They will choose a winner and then the crowd will help choose the teams for a final Battle with the Brutez with Team Fever going up against Team Rukus using the song The Brutez select.
