World class jiu-jitsu and grappling tournaments hosted by Rose Gracie return to California’s largest fitness event, The Bodybuilding.com Los Angeles Fitness Expo. The 2010 Los Angeles Fitness Expo™ presented by Gaspari Nutrition and Pro Fight Supplements, will be held Saturday and Sunday, January 23-24 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, 1201 South Figueroa Street, South Halls G & H.

Gracie will once again work with The Los Angeles Fitness Expo to create the ideal environment and venue for top-notch competition. Rose Gracie, President of Gracie Tournaments, said, “The Los Angeles Fitness Expo is where we got our start and now in our third year we will host over 800 competitors ranging in age from 5 years to 50 years old.

We are very excited with the incorporation of new things such as double elimination for the kids, bigger medals and more competition areas to name a few. I definitely think all the changes will set a new standard in competitions all around.”

Adult admission tickets to the Los Angeles Fitness Expo are $15 per day or $20 for the full weekend, children 12 years and under are $5 per day and children under six are free. Show hours are Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM and Sunday, 10 AM – 5 PM.
