REGISTRATION: You must pre-register at www.rockhardfitness.net or at the ROCK HARD FITNESS Exhibit Booth on Saturday, January 29, 2011. You must pay admission to The Los Angeles Fitness Expo ($15.00 per day or $20.00 weekend pass) but no entry fee for competition required.
ADDITIONAL INFO: This is a family event with no stripping, bumping & grinding, g-strings or thongs!!! Please have a 45 sec. routine with your music ready. We will have to move everyone through fast to finish in 2 hrs. An indemnity waiver must be filled out in order to compete.
