Turning High School athletes into PROS for over 17 years is what Tony Falce is about. His passion and respect for the sport is second to none. Tony's system in helping athletes develop speed, agility, balance and velocity with acceleration is the what he focuses on. The goal is understanding how important this is in training. Designing programs for strength and confidence along with Plyometrics to all athletes, amateurs and professionals. Tony has been a Master Director for the Personal Trainers Association "PROPTA" since 2003 certifying and educating athletes in Velocity , Strength and Nutrition.
Tony Falce currently is training professional basketball players in the NBA.
Tony will outline and describe some different ways of training and how to set-up programs to help athletes.
BIOGRAPHY:
I have over 17 years experience as a qualified master trainer/director for PROPTA. I'm a certified Professional Private Trainer, Professional Velocity Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. I'm currently working as the Player Development/Performance Coach at HAX (www.haxla.com). I work extensively with NBA and MLB players. Over the last few years, two of my programs have been featured in Sports Illustrated and Draft Express. Some of my players include Chris Birdman Andersen, Joe Alexander, Jermaine O'Neal and Randy Ruiz. |
