International presenter, Reebok University faculty member for 10 years and ACE media spokesperson. A former professional soccer player he began teaching fitness in 1982. Gary is the owner of Kneedspeed a manufacture of fitness equipment, designing and marketing his own lateral training device later sold to Reebok as Slide Reebok. He has instructed and presented throughout the U.S., Canada, Japan, Asia, England, and Europe. He has presented at most of the major fitness conferences including ACSM, ISBO, FEBO, IRSA, Idea, Apex, and many more. Gary has made numerous TV appearances, on fitness related matters, throughout the United States and Europe, and has contributed articles to many fitness publications. Participated and won the First Nordic Walking Marathon held in the United States. Competed in a World Championship Marathon held in the United States and finished second, top US finisher.
