After more than 15 years of running some of the countries leading group exercise programs and presenting the latest fitness trends around the world, Michelle and her husband Phil Dozois are ready to share their secrets to business success utilizing their top income generating programs, PEAK 10, ATC and Lose to Win. Phil has been a personal training for over 15 years and holds the following certifications and specializations from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM): Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist; he is also an ACE certified Personal Trainer. He has designed exercise programs for Sony-BMG, Shape Magazine, Adventure Sports Magazine, Competitor Magazine.
Michelle has starred in many best selling fitness videos such as "Pilates for Dummies", "Walk Your Way Slim", and the original "10 Minute Solution". She has also produced her own line of "Breakthru Fitness" titles which include Pilates, Step, Dance and Total Body Sculpting workouts. She is a former National and World Aerobic Champion, holds multiple certifications and has taught other fitness professionals in 20 countries around the world. She has also designed and starred in workouts for both Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. Her "everyone can be fit attitude"; versatile teaching skills and inspiring persona have helped her sell over 4 million fitness videos.
