About Diego Sebastian:
Yes, I work in vain business, but I didn't get involved in fitness for that that reason. As a kid I was very small, but always super athletic. I always excelled in every sport I played, but never really had any height or mass whatsoever. I had a huge growing spurt in college ("late bloomer") that took me from about 5'9 155 senior year of high school (5'2 110 freshman) to about 6'3 165 by my sophomore year of college which made me go from skinny to super skinny. I decide to become a Fire Fighter, so I had to build strength to pass the physical test and meet the high physical demands of the job. I worked out with my high school and college teams, but never too seriously, because it was pointless for me at the time.
When I made a lifestyle commitment to training, I picked up the "workout bible" in 1990, The Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding! No Internet back then, at least for me, no www.Bodybuilding.com with access to diets and websites to all mass information that is available now. I quickly learned that some of the information out there is incorrect and confuses the average person who is trying to get fit. That's why I love these basic principles...Train Hard, Eat right, and get your Rest.
In about 4 years I went from 165 to 205 and never looked back. A few years into my training I became certified as a trainer and studied in kinesiology at CSUN, and I still learn new things about the body and fitness as I grow. I also value Organic foods, Homeopathics, and Herbal supplementation.
I enjoy sharing my fitness lifestyle to the world!
