Ali is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a degree in English and Communication. She is currently a certified personal trainer and competes in NPC Figure, where she placed 2nd in the 2009 Tournament of Champions and most recently, 5th at the Excalibur. Ali's athletic background includes gold and bronze medals in volleyball at the Junior Olympics, 4 marathons (26.2 miles), and climbing to the top of Mt Snowdon in the United Kingdom.
