In one of our most popular competitions, The Mighty Mendy returns to the 2010 Los Angeles Fitness Expo on Saturday January 23rd with his annual Mendelson Pro Bench Press Classic.

In the first section of the meet, the big boys are ready to rumble as they attempt MIND BLOWING record attempts to move MASSIVE poundage in traditional one rep powerlifting.

The second portion of the event is superlifting. This consists of the athletes battling head to head in a teeth chattering contest of repetitive lifts.
